天津中西机床技术培训中心 ( www.tj-csmc.com ) 是中国和西班牙政府在职业教育培训领域最大的合作项目。西班牙政府提供 9786 万美元赠款用于购置台套各类数控机床和五个专业实验室设备。中方投资 1500 万元人民币用于建设 4650 平方米 实验车间和综合培训楼及配套设施。是中国培养数控制造领域专业技术人员最具现代化的培训基地。

    中西培训中心于 2002 年 4 月奠基开工建设， 2003 年 12 月落成剪彩。中心实行理事会领导下的中、西方主任负责制。

    中西中西面向社会可承接各种层次（初、中、高级）人员的培训。通过理论学习个实践技能训练使培训者掌握数控机床的编程操作与制造工艺及维修技术。同时，我中心还具备了很强的饿加工实力，可承接各类精密机械零部件、模具的设计及加工。为促进中国和欧洲，特别是和西班牙模具制造商及其相关产业时间建立一个良好的合作平台、加强中西企业沟通，促进双方在模具领域的合作，提供技术培训，新技术的发展与应用及技术支持等服务。我们的服务宗旨是“让客户满意在中西”。

    The foundation was laid for the construction in April,2002,and the opening ceremony was held in December 2003.The system is that Chinese ahd Spanish directors are in charge of daily work under the council.

    The center can carry out all levels of training(primary,secondary,senior)for students to the society. Through the academic study and practical skill training.The students can grasp the programming operation,processing craft and maintenance technology of numerrilal control machines.Meanwhile,the center has a strong capability of design and manufacture of a broad range of parts and molds.To promote Chinese and European,especially Spanish molding tool manufactory and is related industry to build up a good cooperative relation,so an information communication cooperative flat roof will be build up in my center,in order to strengthen communicatio between Chinese and Spanish enterprises,promote cooperation in molding tool realm for both parties,and provide sevices,such as technique training,new technical development and application & technique support,etc.Our sevice tenet is”To let the customers be satisfied in CSMC”.
